Description:
MaxSubSeq is a dynamic programming optimization algorithm for finding all the maximal scoring subsequences with constrained segment lenghts.
It is a general purpose algorithm, and it is used as transmembrane segment optimizer, both for all-alpha and all-beta membrane proteins (Bioinformatics 2003 19: 500-505).
