All-alpha transmembrane predictor
Description:
The program is a predictor of transmembrane helices in proteins developed by Viklund and Elofsson (Protein Sci. 2004 13:1908-1917) which uses a hidden Markov model similar to TMHMM, but exploits the evolutionary information derived by multiple sequence alignment.
